I original booked for 2 nights ,but my plan changed in last minus. So I asked if I could leave a small luggage behind , so that I can travel bit lighter, and promised pick up 2 days later, they refused and asked me to pay a huge amount of money to help me which is $1000 twd a day for storage , and not even wanted to try a solution for me. Next day, when I checked out I asked again if could do so, the staffs said OK , I returned to my room right away to rearrange my luggage's, BUT when I went back to my handed it over, they said NO again because the manager not allowed!! What? I was very upset about it. It wasted my time dued to unprofessional decision they made. Will NOT come back again!

Stayed 2 nights in M Hotel. No room cleaning as promised and breakfast was poor with most canned food. Breakfast on second day was ordered from outside rather than from own restaurant. The worst experience we had.
