For only staying two days, I was very impressed. The staff are great, rooms are larger than most in Japan, Onsen was amazing (had to use skin tape over tattoos to go in), breakfast was good. The only thing I will say is the area in which this hotel resides is a bit questionable during the night, though I never had any issues. Would absolutely stay there again.

Fabulous indoor/outdoor onsen baths open long hours (with snacks after!). Reception decor was tired and staff tired too. Otherwise friendly vibe, short walk to station. Good value and I would return.

I booked this hotel because I've stayed in Dormy Inns before and because I wanted a hotel with an onsen. The room suited my needs, and the onsen was very enjoyable. The staff were professional and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a pleasant stay. An extra bonus was an excellent vegan restaurant, Fluunt Kofu, just a few doors down from the hotel. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the hot springs and great breakfast buffet that we can taste local signature food! It’s nice they give complimentary Yakut and tiny ice cream bar after the hot springs.

훌륭해요 Nice onsen facility. Amenities were fun including free ice cream/ice pops and evening bowl of noodles. Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. You don't need to bring anything with you...provided resort/lounge wear that everyone wore to breakfast, shampoo/conditioner, razors, toothbrush, comb/brush. Biggest drawback was that the old shopping district is gine now so not rhat many stores nearby. It's about a 15 minute walk from Kofu Station.
