This is a nice hotel, but quite a walk from Termini if you have a lot of luggage. There are buses to and from Termini. There is a small elevator which is available starting on the first floor, which means you have to get your luggage up to the elevator. The staff is very helpful. The room was small but nicely decorated and the breakfast is excellent.

Location is 30 min walk from tram.
Most of the major attractions are within walking distance except Vatican city which takes about an hour to walk.

Absoutley lovely hotel!! Amazing staff, so accommodating and friendly. Loved the room and the balcony was an extra added touch that made it perfect! Good location to local stores, little cafes/restaurants. Overall, had a wonderful stay and would 100% come back!
