The room was amazing, the workmanship and appointments were beyond description. m The staff, all three of them, were extremely helpful and friendly. I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Well appointed, small hotel with excellent service

We travel quite a bit, and this was one of the top hotel stays we have ever experienced. The property, being recently renovated, is beautiful, tastefully appointed, and comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Mario, who met us at reception, and Elizabeth, our server at breakfast every day, were exceptional. They both were personable, helpful and greeted us by name. Elizabeth even remembered how my wife and I like our latte's from the first day! The hotel is fantastic, but the staff put it over the top!

Perfect location to walk to the major attractions. Public transportation is close and easy to use. Lots of great restaurants in a 10min walking radius. Staff was extra friendly, rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. We would stay here again.

It was right in the heart of town. Only a few blocks from the opera house and St Stephen’s Cathedral.

Location, service and breakfast were excellent , TV was too small and it has only one channel, mattress could be updated .
