There was an uphill street from hotel to get to the main road. Breakfast had a limited choices. They need to add variety of bread and cheese as well as provide orange juice that is not just water with sugar and color. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very nice and quiet place just a few minutes walk from the center of Fira. Staff is welcoming and friendly, they offered towels for the pool and any help we needed. It was very nice to have a comfortable room to relax after the commotion of Fira’s Main Street and bars.

Andreas at the front desk was a very friendly and helpful person. He recommended some excellent restaurants and places to go. Hotel was cozy and had a pool. Location was good and in walking distance to many restaurants and sights. Breakfast was simple but a good start to your day.

Very nice small hotel, clean and modern. The only negative was that the room and bathroom were very small, we barely fit our luggage. Staff was very helpful and nice, they even helped us rent a car and was brought to our hotel. Parking is free. Easy and quick check in. They provided shuttle from the port. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment on that. Close to Monastiraki Square. As I said, the only negative was the small room.

Front receptionist Angel and the other gentleman were fantastic, friendly and ever so kind and welcoming!! Angel was a TRUE gem and even made us a Togo box as we had to leave at 0630 and will be missing breakfast. Little act of kindness made our stay that much more enjoyable. Thank you kitchen staff and cleaning staff for doing a fantastic job keep the property clean, hygienic. Short walking distance to town, mini market 3min away and parking is along the one way street. Can be challenging but manageable. Nice clean pool, hotel offers beach/pool towels so not to worry. To see the iconic blue dome they are in Fira as well as Oia. Busy and extremely hot so ensure u have water and a hat as you will be waiting to take pictures.

We had a lovely stay at Deluxe. Clean, modern rooms. Pool area was nice as well and welcome after some hot temperatures. The front desk staff were helpful and supplied many suggestions for things to see, eat (we highly recommend Pelican Kipos in Fira/Thera and Penelope's in Pyrgos) and things to do. Our only "complaint" was the bathroom layout. No clear place/hook to put hand towel and the shower layout often left the whole floor damp despite the use of a floor towel at shower entrance. However, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it or stay again. All of the staff, including housekeeping made it a wonderful stay.

The Deluxe Suites Santorini was a comfortable stay. It is conveniently located in Fira and the staff is very friendly. There are some things that could have added to the comfort The pillows were rather soft. I think it they either used former pillows or doubled the pillows to four on a queen size, that would have been nicer. I also couldn't seem to get the air conditioning to work properly. The first night that I couldn't get it to work,, I figured fine - I'll just hope cool air comes in the windows. But, the street noise was very loud. So, it was a sweaty night. The clsexond one was quieter,vso the windows helped. I found it interesting that the Do No Disturb and Maid Services functions were electronic, but the lock was not. I instead had two cards and a key to carry around. Even if the one card for the electricity would have had the room number on it, it would have eliminated one card. It was kind of bulky in my shorts' pocket. Again, overall, a nice stay.

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! Very well maintained and helpful staff. Short walk away from the shops and restaurants

Room was clean. Cindy and Andreas are knowledgeable and always willing to help with any questions. Property close to shops and restaurants, we felt safe.
