Excellent location! We were walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do. Every member of the staff we came into contact with was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was large and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Staff was extremely helpful and arranging transport to the airport complementary breakfast was excellent with many choices

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience! The room was very clean and the bed sheets were spotless. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome. It’s also in a perfect location with attractions, the ferry, and the Rialto nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptional throughout our visit. One small thing to note: we initially thought the air conditioning wasn't working because the remote control doesn't start cooling immediately. After turning it on, you need to wait about five minutes before the cool air begins. Once we figured that out, the AC worked great and kept the room comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help us. They were incredibly patient with all of our questions about where to go, what to do, and how to get around Venice. A special thank-you to the older gentleman working in the morning, who arranged a water taxi for our early airport departure. The taxi arrived at the hotel exactly at 6:00 AM as scheduled, and we reached the airport in about 20 minutes, making our flight before 7:00 AM without any stress. Finding the hotel on our first day was a little challenging. The sign is relatively small and located in the square with the green statue of Manin. The entrance is tucked away in a narrow passage beside the statue, near the hand holding a scroll. Once we found it, the location proved to be excellent. The hotel is within a 5–7 minute walk of many of Venice's most scenic attractions and is conveniently close to both public and private Vaporetto water transportation. I highly recommend this hotel, as it absolutely lived up to its excellent reputation!

Very well located 5 minutes walk from the vaporetto stop at the Rialto stop. Everything within easy walking distance. Plenty of choice for breakfast.

Hotel is in a fantastic location very central and easy to get to from the public water taxis nearest stop 5mins away or private water transfer 1min from nearest doc. Rooms are a bit small but it is central Venice, basic but very traditional and it was good value, clean tidy and a good continental breakfast sets you up for the day. If you don’t want or can’t afford 5 luxury this place is perfect and rooms were air conditioned a perfect base for a city break stay.

I missed having access to a microwave to heat up left over food. I was surprised the breakfast area did not even have a microwave

The staff were very kind and helpful when it came to check in and recommendations around the island. Check in was easy and the hotel was in a great location. They served breakfast but I didn’t wake up early enough to catch it, but it smelled amazing. I would def stay again.

Friendly staff. Rooms are small but typically for Venice. Good breakfast. Near supermarket and canal.

Clean, staff was nice.. a 2 minute walk to the market to get snacks and drinks, everything was a few minutes walk..
