Great stay all in all. No complain.

The rooms here are way smaller than I imagined when booking. My wife and I had to take turns opening our luggage. The closet might hold two items on a hanger. I’m not exaggerating. We took a picture because we thought it was hilarious! The hotel is centrally located though, so there’s that. They had a bar and complimentary drinks at the lower level, but there was none there to pour them so our little drink tickets turned into souvenirs. The views of the city from the back side were gorgeous. Best from high floors. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Overall, I’d say this is like the baller suite at a hostel. Lots of other options locally. I probably would not pick this one again if I had a choice.

Excellent stay at Porto Bay

If you are looking for the perfect location for a visit to Lisbon, you should book your stay at Hotel Vincci Baixa! Located in the heart of all you want to see and do, this classy boutique property has top-notch customer service. The rooms are small, but well appointed. Breakfast options are plentiful and the dining area is well maintained. Overall, the atmosphere is classy but unpretentious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon.

Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet was good, and most of all, staff was great!!! Reception desk staff member, Pedro, gave us great recommendations for nearby restaurants and sites to visit and was instrumental in helping us book a day trip to Fatima, Nazaré, Batalha, and Obidos. Highly recommended!!! Thanks again Pedro!!!

My husband and I have just returned from a lovely long weekend in Lisbon, where we stayed at this hotel for three nights. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our room was spotless and had a beautiful signature fragrance that made it feel fresh and welcoming. Every member of staff we met, from reception and the bar team to the housekeeping staff, was friendly, professional and helpful. The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the Old Town and within easy walking distance of many of Lisbon’s main attractions. Public transport is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel has a fantastic atmosphere and really added to the enjoyment of our trip. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Lisbon.

I really enjoyed being here. I like the common areas, found the staff great and the room nice. It was pleasant and useful and modern. The location is great for seeing the Baixa and other neighborhoods. I will come back here soon, I hope.

Great stay. The room was very nice, the breakfast was really good and open at reasonable times. The atmosphere was incredible. Staff were very kind. Would stay here again!
