Nice staff and unique hotel however, got food poisoning at their restaurant and was on the brink of needing to go to the hospital. The beds are rock hard too, makes for a very uncomfortable sleep.

the only annoying thing was the lack of english skills of the staff making it somewhat difficult to communicate, but they were all very nice and the fact that dinner was not served before 8pm, which is quite late; otherwise very chill and laid back vibe, nice pool, big rooms, amazing breakfast, good coffee, we enjoyed our stay and could imagine staying even longer

Cave Bianche is situated in an old quarry, its attractive buildings made from the tufa stone, which was quarried here. The grounds are attractively landscaped, there is a beautiful pool - and bar - and the staff are solicitous and friendly. Colazione is the standard Italian fare, included in the room price. The two dinners I ate there were excellent - the hotel kitchen knows what is doing and delivers wonderful Sicilian fish and seafood dishes. There is a shuttle service to town and also for ferry pickup and drop off. Given the spontaneity of my booking - and the excellent room price I received - I am a very happy customer! I would love to return….

The hotel is unique and has a lot of potential.. drain in shower plugged. Staff not very friendly . 4 star hotel and no coffee machine, charge for all water, no conditioner no body lotion. Property has no life, no color, no atmosphere. Pool opens late closes early… nothing else to do at the hotel… breakfast was rushed and unfriendly . Would have been nice to have bikes to rent as location is not near anything and not enough to do at the property.

Great pool, interesting environment, nice people

Our overall experience was really good. The hotel amenities are great, modern and clean. Although a bit far from the center, we liked the location (recommend to have bikes, or car to move freely but they do offer a shuttle) as it was close to some of the nicest spots in the island. People at the reception were nice and helpful. The only issue was with the restaurant, as non Italian speakers we felt that the service provided to us was bumpy and sometimes impolite. Also as toiletteries they only offer a shampoo/body wash, in a hotel like this I'd expect more basics like conditioner, body cream the least (I did ask for it but it was not provided). Overall a very nice stay.

Hotel was great. Staff are very friendly and service is great. The only problem was the wifi. Even with 4-5 devices it wasn't reliable (my iphone didn't connect at all the whole trip). They use an unsecured wifi system from 15-20y ago, where you get a card with a 24 hour passcode. Really? I had a Zoom meeting and spent an hour before the meeting making sure everything worked. In this day and age a reliable, secure connection is a requirement, not a luxury.

The hotel is truly original, inside a dismissed quarry. Service was excellent and people at the reception were extremely helpful. The free shuttle to the village centre is very convenient. We had a nice bedroom but noticed that some bedrooms on the ground floor had limited view and privacy.

Very unique location and setting. Minimal design, a little uncomfortable and hard edge but stylish, like a Bond film! I.e: no products in bathroom, only an all purpose bath gel/hand soap . Shuttle picks you up at ferry and center of town. Small island so staff / service not perfect. Breakfast chaotic from 8:00-9:00. Didn’t love food, you can find better in town. (Kamine is fantastic). You can walk to beach, they also have bikes.
