Loved my stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Felt very safe and comfortable. The room was clean and I nice area that is still close to the train station. Overall had a great experience there! If I am ever back in rome I will be staying with them.

Staff very helpful, would stay there again

Our stay here was amazing! The staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms are very clean and the location of this place was very convenient. We were able to get around by walking or taking the subway which was a few minutes away.

We had an excellent stay at Merulana Inn Guest House. We booked two connecting rooms, which were clean, comfortable, and had a nice small balcony overlooking the main street. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and public transportation nearby, making it easy to explore Rome. A special thanks to Karen for her excellent communication before our arrival and for helping arrange our connecting rooms. We also really appreciated the early check-in. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with transportation tips, restaurant recommendations, and any questions we had. Breakfast was simple but good and included with our stay. We highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

We stayed here for one night and it was OK. Good crash pad close to the train station. We felt safe, but the amenities poor in the bathroom is very small. The hotel is located inside a building on the fifth floor. There is an elevator. The bed is incredibly firm and the AC is hit or miss. We actually froze because the AC got stuck on the coldest setting. I will say the blackout shades were a lifesaver, but the area is very loud.

Like a hotel; check-in was easy and friendly. Karina and Karen were great. Breakfast included, Convenient location, clean, a/c. Would return!

Excellent customer care. Offered free breakfast and early check in. Thanks a lot for taking care of us.

The location, the room, the staff, the value, the sweet breakfast….EVERYTHING! My daughter and I LOVED our Rome visit and Merulana Inn was just perfect for what we needed. Will recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The air condition was not working appropriately.

The host was really helpful. She gave the best recommendations. The location was great, it was not too far from most historical sites. Very quiet area as well.
