Staff were incredible and the breakfast bar was fantastic.

The front desk staff were super responsive, helped arrange transport to the airport. The continental breakfast was very nice and the expresso coffees were great. The terrace restaurant was nice for dinner overlooking the ocean. Used the gym downstairs once, big gym lots of good equipment but a little dirty around the floors which was not to my standards for a gym. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing.

Our room was nice and had a balcony with a great view of the water. We couldn’t use the pools because the outdoor ones can’t be used passed September and the indoor ones have to be booked in advance. The staff were super helpful and even called a cab for us when we got stuck.

We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back! The complex was clean and easy to navigate and the pools very spacious. The pool bar prices were good and there was a lot of choice. We had an two generous Aperol Spritz which came with a packet of crisps only coming to 16 euros. Our room was very clean, spacious and our balcony had a lovely view of the sea, sitting there at night with a drink was great to relax. All the staff were lovely and really helpful. A shout out to Daniel on reception and the woman that ran the poolbar. Our breakfast was included and had hot food such as bacon and eggs which were great. The continental choices were fantastic and the the pastries delicious. We sat out on the terrace to eat and enjoyed tea beautiful view of Capri and the mountains surrounding Sorrento.
