A good, clean hotel. Good breakfast.

Staff very helpful. Comfortable room and the sauna was great.

Cleanliness and great staff

It was quite warm with no air conditioning in our room

Good value, clean and tidy and tasty breakfast. Excellent links to the University Campus at Golm and to the centre of Potsdam.

Excellent reception and a very pleasant stay

Very dirty and old

That was awesome

Good staff. The amenities were poor. The "gym" consisted of a stationary bike. That was it. The carpet in the hallways was stained. The security camera in the elevator was broken. It was repaired and is held in place by duct tape. The glass fire door in the hallway was broken. The broken glass is held in place by crime scene tape. The bed was not very comfortable. The pillows were very poor. Imagine a sack with four feathers in it. As soon as your head hits the pillow, the cushioning moves out of the way and your head is lying on the mattress. The air conditioning worked well, however, and the room was clean. Overall, not worth the price of the stay.

Very stained and dirty carpets. Front desk staff absent during supper hour. Waited 10 minutes for her to return. Came back later to ask a question. Waited 5 minutes while she was on the phone and finally gave up.
