Ca' Nigra Lagoon Resort hotel has a great location overlooking the Grand Canal. The interior and the room are nicely decorated and well equipped. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk employee gave us tons of advice where to eat and how to get around the city. Also, gave us a map on the way out to help us find the cruise terminal. The property has beautiful garden in front and a terrace at the back where you can have breakfast overlooking the Grand canal. The breakfast was very impressive, with vegan and lactose-free options. The staff were professional and had a good command of English which is rather uncommon in Italy. We had a great experience overall and highly recommend this hotel!

매우 훌륭해요 Amazing hotel, location , staff .. everything was fine except one of our rooms alrhough the a/c stopped working overnight , they moved us to another kne for next night’s sleep .

This hotel is a beautiful combination of boutique, well appointed and comfortable. The hotel staff was cheerful, very helpful with questions and attentive. We added breakfast and it was a welcome amenity to have a quality and convenient meal to start each day. The location is also excellent. Would stay here any time we visit Venice

The check in, bar & breakfast staff are just plain old stellar at what they do.
Room is very spacious, great water pressure in the shower (& roomy).
We had a canal view room, but the entire hotel was a great place to park for a couple of nights while checking out the real Venice.
Super close to the train station, Grand Canal and restaurants.

Beautiful old school hotel with a nice rose garden and patio right on the canal. The hotel is located very close to the train station and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The staff really sets itself apart from other places we have stayed. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning.
