The place was very nice but .we were by the parking garage so the noise all hours of the night loud music, car alarms going off,and alot of yelling.

그저 그래요 It took one hour to check us in. Then it was the wrong room, they put us in the ocean front view and things we just handed like not having Wi-Fi. They don’t have a password or anything just unsecured Wi-Fi and we needed to do business. So that was a mess. Also, no one told us about the $250 deposit that kinda upset us and no one bothered to mention that we had to pay $15 a day for parking our car in the hotel or the resort which my car was hit twice in the parking lot

그저 그래요 I booked Hotel Blue because it looked beautiful online, but unfortunately the experience didn’t match the photos.
From the moment we checked in, the customer service was disappointing. The front desk staff never made eye contact, kept looking down at the paperwork the entire time, barely acknowledged my husband or me, and provided no information about the hotel or our stay. We were treated like just another paycheck instead of valued guests.
Housekeeping was also a letdown. We never received room service during our stay and had to request clean towels ourselves. The staff acted as though providing extra towels was an inconvenience. Even when they did respond, everything moved at an incredibly slow pace.
To make matters worse, our room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived—the floor still had sand on it.
The property itself has great potential and looks fantastic online, but customer service and cleanliness are just as important as appearance. Sadly, those areas fell far short of expectations. I couldn’t wait to check out.
