I booked this hotel because the pictures looked very nice on the app. On arrival we noted that the hotel was under renovations (we were not advised of this),with scaffolding all around the hotel, workers moving around, and plastic covering the entrance and hallways. The room was extremely small with a slanted roof looking out at the scaffolding. Only one chair, no glasses for water and no mirror at the dressing table. The bathroom had no space for your toiletries and had to be placed on the floor. The shower so small, you could hardly bend down. The hotel was an utter dissapointment! Would not recommend!

Secure parking reserved with name. Reception being renovated but disruption for guests kept to minimum. Reception staff helpful with travel plans due to tube strike. Room was large and clean - looked freshly redecorated. Breakfast was plentiful with choice and hot although bacon and hash browns were a little hard. Good location with underground 9 minute walk.

Staff, parking, bedroom & lwere excellent & great location. However we had paid for a full breakfast in advance but only a cold buffer was offered. Possibly this was because the Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and had limited facilities. Would have been good if we had been given prior notice of this as would not have opted for breakfast & felt £25 for a cold buffet wasn’t good value.

Great location,clean and parking.

The Best Western in Chiswick is a great location for good restaurants and easy access to the district line. The hotel is currently under renovation and it was slightly off putting when we arrived late to find it this way. We were led to another building through the back alley for our room. It was a little uncomfortable being dark and late. We felt like we weren’t sure what we were getting into. Ultimately the room was good and it worked out well for us. When the renovation is finished, which I believe will be 1 June the hotel will be a great place to stay in good area where there are lots of coffee shops, restaurants, etc. I would wait for the renovation to be finished before I book here. I plan on booking this hotel again in the future.

This is my favorite hotel. The location couldn't be any better. It is on the high street near 2 tube stations, many restaurants, pubs , shops, across the street from a great cinema.... The rooms are clean and comfy. Even with all that the best thing about this hotel is the staff. Everyone could not be any more kind and helpful. Stay here!
