This very old outdated hotel was terrible. I understand no a/c however no screens is unacceptable. The couch was old and smelly with weird stains. The bathroom was so small 2 people couldn’t be in there at the same time. It was only a double bed and the sheets didn’t fit. I couldn’t wait to leave. Hotels.com should not list this hotel it’s more of a place where people pay weekly.

Location is really great. Room is dated but fine. We stayed here for a night before catching a cruise. The shower was good. Given the dated nature of the property the space was very very clean.

Great location. Lots of space which was a nice change. No air conditioning but the bug windows being open were great. Wonderful views from top floors. Very dated but comfortable and was what we needed before our cruise.

The Tropicana is definitely dated but served our purpose (a quick overnight in Vancouver) well. The free onsite parking and walk ability to attractions was a great plus. Our suite had a separate corner living room and small kitchen in addition to the bedroom and bath. Could walk to the waterfront, parks, and many restaurants.

The poor condition of this hotel was shocking! Although decently clean, it was beyond well worn. Derelict might be a better description. Although the Internet worked well, there were essentially no other amenities. Could not/would not recommend it and would NEVRER stay there again.

Cockroaches! Cracked walls. At least 50% of electrical plugs not working. Old smelly carpets and furniture. All taps dripping. 50+year old stove. Great location!

Pretty much was a great place, yes it’s old school decor and walls are pretty thin but I was there to get rest after excursions and the breeze was great, you have to be careful with opening windows and the balcony is not a balcony but still cute. It’s a full size apt which is great but I didn’t need it all but still nice!

Really old and no AC.

Terrible delapidated hotel. Torn curtains, peeling paint, TV not working, problematic shower, dirty and stained carpeting, uncovered outlets, no phone charging stations, some lights not working, noisy at night with windows open, old bedding. They should be ashamed to charge what they did.
