Great location

Staff was excellent and a lovely and large suite.

Spacious rooms with lots of amenities. Excellent view of the castle. Close to town center.

Superb hotel. Friendly staff

Great location with solid close views of Inverness Castle. Within walking distance of downtown, bus stops and train station.

We selected this 3 star hotel from the internet and couldn't believe how lucky we were. Welcoming staff, excellent large bedroom completely newly refurbished and great views. The menu for breakfast and dinner gave a good choice and was of a higher standard than many 4 star hotels.

We didn’t want to leave! Great location. Staff was amazing.

Great welcome from Mo who helped with our luggage when showing us to the room. The room was small but ok for a couple of nights. You can walk to the Town centre in about 10 minutes but be prepared for hills and steps! They are everywhere. We didn’t eat an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was fabulous we can definitely recommend. We didn’t see many of the staff but when Mo was on duty he was everywhere, very helpful , very busy and ever so friendly. Thanks Mo
