그저 그래요 We had been driving all day totally exhausted and ended up in the most disgusting room. We just wanted to crawl in the bed. We were unable to do so hair on the sheets, hand prints on the headboard and the walls so dirty we did not want to touch. Miscellaneous things desk chair all torn, coffee pot in the bathroom and the bath tub I wouldn’t be getting in it. I did talk to the front desk but their response was I should have told them earlier. Left a day early refused to stay another night. Nothing was offered other than I will talk to manager who was not on duty even though sign said she was, worse experience ever. Will be contacting corporate.

I found bed bugs in the bed. Staff couldn't offer an explanation and did not look surprised. Could not offer any compensation. It was a terrible experience.

Disgusting do not stay here! Bathrooms molded, curtains shredded and molded, mildewed smell in the air, water stains on ceiling, air barely works in room and no air in elevators.

I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this property. The sofa mattress had multiple brown stains, which was unacceptable and made the room feel unclean. The front desk staff was on her personal phone on speaker. In addition, the air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortable and smelled stale throughout our stay.
Overall, this was a horrible experience from start to finish. The cleanliness, customer service, and room conditions did not meet basic expectations. I would not stay here again and do not recommend this property to others.

The rooms were clean, smelled great. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The staff we encountered were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Dirty, old, outdated and needs paint job. Expensive for the amenities. Location is not great. Would not stay here unless this is a last resort.
