I will stay somewhere else next time.

The location is just perfect,however, the property is Run-down and the is no window in one of the room. On top of that, I saw no fire detectors and no emergency exit.

Good location. AC never fully cooled the room. One room didn’t have a window. Bathroom had a very annoying pump or motor. Bed was comfortable.

Managed to book this last minute, location is convenient and a short walk to the Santa Maria Novella train station, lots of shops and eateries nearby and a walking distance to most popular attractions Pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom, was big and has all amenities needed for the stay. The TV was not functioning properly during the first 2 nights of stay and got fixed on the last night… but better late than never i guess? Overall a good experience and would book again

Pros: * easy to check yourself in with codes for main and hotel doors. *free water *king sized beds in family suite Cons: *terrible and smelly bathroom. Shower door does not stay on the track. No shelf in shower for shampoo or soap. Not enough hooks for towels. *no chairs in rooms

The location was central, but the room needs upgrading. All the furnitures are metal and the table in the bathroom was rusting. No shelf in the bathroom, hardly enough space by the sink for the necessary toiletries. The bedroom is really dark, not enough lights for the dark grey wall. We were there for 3 nights, they never cleaned our room after the 1st night. I texted the owner and they sent someone to clean it in the early afternoon. Next day, not cleaned again, we didn’t get back until late afternoon and was too tire to deal with that again. We will not go back there for sure.

Excellent location, great bathroom with nice shower. Easy to reach front desk via text as there was never a person at desk.Everything was always answered and attended to. Would stay again.

Amazing location, close to cafes, restaurants, right in the middle of wonderful shopping and easy walk to museums and attractions. Simply cannot fault Mammas it was perfect !

Las habitaciones están muy bien, son cómodas y limpias. La ubicación es buena. El único inconveniente que encontramos es que la internet es muy lenta.
