Staff not cooperative

The staff was perfect, helpful and top customer service, nothing to add on the service. But two issues i faced not happy about. The room smell like a hospital when i entered and smell doesn't comes off after sprayed air freshener everyday. The night club noise till early morning during the week days! Other than that everything was great especially the breakfast and the customer service.

Yes. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Sienna was excellent 👌.

Asked for a late checkout on last day they agreed to give me till 2 pm and then staff was so mean and unprofessional to call me at 1 telling me i have 10 min to leave the room

Great clean room, delicious buffet and pleasant rooftop pool. Convenient location with easy access to the metro. We really enjoyed our stay. One suggestion would be to have a non-smoking area of the pool designated to families with kids.

Staff - friendly, excellent services

Great great hotel food was the best. Only bad thing was the layout of the bathroom (small shower). Staff was amazing world class.

The staff were so friendly and helpful particularly Thinzar who made my daughter feel so special but also Kish, Puran, Monir and Paba. No request was too much

The Crowne Plaza Doha Business Park enjoys a wonderful location, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travellers. The front desk team continues to impress with their professionalism, attentiveness, and warm hospitality, a true highlight of every stay. However, the overall experience is somewhat inconsistent. Despite this being my fourth or fifth stay, I once again encountered a room with a damp, unpleasant odor reminiscent of wet carpet that hasn’t been properly dried. Additionally, housekeeping service required multiple follow-up calls before being addressed. It’s unfortunate that while certain departments, especially the front desk consistently deliver excellent service, other areas of the hotel still fall short of the high standards expected from a property of this caliber. A greater focus on consistency and attention to detail would elevate the overall guest experience.
