We got to the first property and it was overbooked, then they offered us a second location and gave us a wrong room. It was quite tolling.
I understand the fact that we booked a couple minutes before arriving to the property, but they were very unprepared

Good quick stay during layover. Convenience store across the street and a few restaurants in the area. Walkable to train station.

This place is such a great place with everything you need, they are nice and very responsive. If you are taking public transportation from ICN Airport, it is quite a walk from Unseo station, but you should be fine if you don't have extra luggage with you. Overall, it's a good place with Washing Machine (no dryer) and all basic amenities.

Stayed 1 night for a long layover between flights. Easily accessible from the Airport via subway, I took the AREX to Unseo Station, and walked about 15 minutes to the Guesthouse. Guesthouse Ko In is in a quiet area not too far from the train station. Lots of places to eat or get coffee nearby. Check in staff were kind and friendly, and showed me how to change the lock code on my door. If you have luggage, I'd highly recommend an uber or taxi.

COVID is over and there is no reason to not have staff available on site. Other than that, it was a quality option for the night.

If you have a one night layover, this place is quite convenient. Just two stops from the airport on the train. It’s clean and quiet
