Good morning, I would like to request a refund for my stay. I had a terrible experience. The rules state that only guests over 18 years of age are allowed to stay at the hostel. Yesterday there were several children (minors) at the hostel. This completely violates the rules and common sense. Furthermore, they were causing a disturbance and making noise until late at night and were not respecting the rules of coexistence. This is absurd. I would like, at the very least, a refund for my stay, since the terrible experience I had was already frustrating and traumatic.

It’s in a very good location and the bed was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast didn’t have much variety but was nice and there was more than enough to fill up especially since it was free. The only downside I have is that the locks on the shared bathroom door meant you could use the toilet even if someone wasn’t using it and accidentally locked the wrong door.

Clean and comfortable hostel. I felt very safe here as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was simple but great, rooms and bathroom were clean for a hostel and staff were nice. Walking distance to a number of attractions and restaurants. Would stay here again if I come back to Gyeongju!

두번째 방문이었습니다. 위치좋고 10분정도 걸으면 황리단길. 중앙시장도 갈수있고 버스도 많이 다닙니다 공영주차장에 자리도 넉넉했어요. 세면대 물이 잘 안빠졌지만 관리를 꾸준히 하시는거 같습니다. 외국인들에게도 핫플인가봐요. 손님이 다국적이네요.

I booked a twin room to myself and it was great. Very comfortable and convenient. Easy to Check in. The keys were left on the desk and I let myself in. Perhaps lacks a bit of atmosphere but that may be due to Trumps visit going on when I was there. I also just went to sleep so this didn’t bother me. I had to leave early so I wasn’t able to sample breakfast which unfortunately started at 8am just after I left.

(구)경주역과 매우 가깝습니다. 요즘 핫한 곳들과는 약간 거리가 있지만 도보로 이동가능합니다. 청결하고 편리합니다. 빵과 커피, 계란 등이 포함된 아침식사도 제공해주십니다. 여름휴가기간이라 그런지 유럽친구들이 손님중 과반을 차지하고 있어 유럽 여행온 듯한 느낌도 받을 수 있습니다^^ 조금 거리가 있긴 하지만 근처에 무료주차장도 있습니다. 1층에서 사장님 가족이 운영하는 맛난 빵집도 있습니다. 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 감사합니다!

Rooms are nice and clean. Daily cleaning with new towels every day. Good breakfast
