From checkin to checkout and inbetween the staff were extremely polite and helpful. Always smiling and never too busy to stop and say hello. Reception staff were extremely courteous and willing to help no matter what the request was. A very happy and positive vibe all throughout the hotel. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently located. I highly recommend Jetwing Colombo 7. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Colombo.

This is a lovely, understated hotel in a quiet, upscale part of Colombo. The rooms are clean, bright and tasteful. The staff are wonderful across check-in, housekeeping, room service and dining. I must give a special shout-out to Jagath, Sirisena and the whole bell staff team, who were very helpful to one of our party with mobility challenges. A highly recommended hotel.

Everything about the stay was fabulous. The staff always went above and beyond for us.

Definitely worth the stay and staff is super helpful and respectful!

Some of the best service and attention to detail I've ever seen. Rooftop bar and pool were excellent, comfortable best, well planned and spacious rooms and bathroom, would definitely stay here again. Amazing value for money.

Good gym, nice breakfast, lovely staff, great location… would recommend and would stay again.

Amazing staff especially. Made my stay so incredible.

The cleaning was excellent! Staff were very helpful...Breakfast was great selections.

Excellent hotel for central Colombo - great rooms and facilities.

Exceptionally good. The rooms and entire hotel was clean, tidy and beautifully presented. The staff outstanding. We utilised in room dining and it was fantastic. Breakfast has a variety of options and however on both occasions almost everything was cold. This is an easy fix that i hope Can be addressed. Still tasty! The only negative experience is the smoking on the pool deck. We are spoiled with tough NO smoking rules in Australia so are not used to having smoke wafting over our table while eating. Perhaps a smoking zone somewhere else? Jet wing has set the bar high for the rest of our trip. Thank You.
