Loved my room (5) by the pool!

Staff were generally very good. Place was tidy and quaint.

Lovely clean room. Quirky lift for lugfage. Not very accessible but that wasnt a problem for us. Cute pool area. Staff very helpful. Nice bedding.

Great staff for our whole visit, welcoming and helpful. Nice room with big bathroom and very comfortable. Small but welcome swimming pool in the middle of the old town. Too breakfast with another nice member of staff who was replenishing as well as cooking and serving. Near loads of tapas bars and the harbour. No problem leaving our bags there all day while we went exploring the city. Top hotel!

This was our second stay at the hotel. It has a great ambience bring in the old town in a historic building. It's very relaxing and easy going and you have the city of Palma on your doorstep. It's highly recommended. The only negatives are that the coffee machine has changed at breakfast and doesn't work as well as the Nespresso machines. There is also no bar service to the pool which is a great miss.

Great room (junior suite), lovely breakfast, amazing pool. Overall five stars and more.

Small, sweet hotel with amazing staff, great location, charm and a lovely breakfast.

The property is overpriced for what it offers. This is basically a 2 star hotel pretending to be something better. The quality of the sheets and towels are terrible, and the bathrooms were outdated and not well cleaned. I requested a non-smoking room and the room had a terrible smell from years of allowing smokers in it. The property wasn’t able to offer me a different room. In fairness, the staff was helpful but they couldn’t solve the problem. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices, but it wouldn’t be a reason for me to recommend this low quality hotel.
