Very pleasant stay!

This was a perfect hotel for us. It’s right in the City centre but not noisy at all. It has a roof top bar but once in your room no noise can be heard. So handy for getting out and sight seeing. Very near the trams and the station. A handy shop for provisions right near by plus restaurants. Breakfasts were great. Plenty of choice to set you up before you explore Bordeaux and lovely places nearby. The staff were very helpful. We will definitely return.

Amazing hotel and a great location. Helpful arranging parking for me. Roof terrace was lovely. Slightly underwhelming reception on arrival - functional but lacking a bit of welcome. Nothing major but a really easy win to get right. I'd stay again.

Our room was tiny but neat. The problem was that in a recent heat wave we had little to no air conditioning in the room. It was 39c outside. The manager sent a technician who was not able to fix the problem but did come up with a fan. Also the cube fridge was not cooling and the technician was unable to fix it. Upon checking out after a two day stay we were offered a refund for one night.

Great location, great people at the reception, truly remarkable design of our room, roof-top bar and restaurant with nice view.

Excellent aircon in very hot weather. Comfortable room and very helpful staff. Private underground parking in the middle of the city. A fun rooftop terrace bar

Perfect location! Cute boutique hotel.

We booked this through hotels.com. It was our first time in Bordeaux, so we didn't know much about location, but it turned out to be very well-located---close to the main cathedral square, many restaurants and cafes nearby, and close to a number of tram lines. Our room was quite small, but very comfortable and the beds and pillows were great. The only thing missing for us was a night light---and possible a way to open a window.

Fun, quirky hotel is stay at again.

This place is a bit run down and sad ( not just the rooms). In desperate need of an upgrade, deep cleaning, and new coat of paint! Marks on walls, chipped faded paint, sticky spots on doors and handles, dirty carpet….pretty grungy. If you’re going to paint everything black, it must be well maintained to not look like a dirty homeless shack. No amenities in the rooms. Restaurant was just meh…out of many items on the menu. Overall definitely not worth the $$$.
