Loved the self check in on the computer made it quick and painless. Gave many options for language choices. Room was clean and breakfast was great.

Checking is done via a computer console. Although it worked for us, there is no one to help if you have a problem. There is no one to ask about anything. The WiFi did not work for the evening of our stay. When it did come on, it is an unsecured network. The room is comfortable, but the bathroom did not look clean, probably because of the surface choices they made.

Check in is a mess with a bunch of computers in the lobby. No contact with a single person. You have to tell people if you want your room cleaned the day before. The bar closes at 10:30 has very limited supplies and last call is at 10 o’clock even on weekends. The breakfast room has one, very slow coffee machine and always has a line. The entire hotel is extremely impersonal and has no staff to take care of it. You feel like a number that checks in with a computer.

Hotel clean and quiet. Easy walk to the city. Shopping center across the street.

Nice place for a quick one night stay. No complaints.

Food was good. Need second pillow. Towels were missing but front desk had towels on hand. Evening shift front desk person was great! Floor in room did not look clean. Lot of business persons using facility. Short walk to mall for anything you need.

Spacious, quiet room with lots of power sockets. Easy to park underground from behind the hotel once you have a room card to open the barrier. Half hour walk from town and a bit further to the airport in the opposite direction.

I didn't like that food was no longer available in the evening now that this is a Hey Lou Hotel. When it was a Comfort Hotel and then Styles, food was available. Also, what happened to the pancake machine?

Hotel is decent for a one night stay. Out of the main area of town so transport needed.

This hotel is perfect for visiting an exhibition at the Messe or for travelling around the Bodensee.m Lovely wee place with excellent service and comfortable rooms.
