그저 그래요 Do not stay at this hotel. The internal management is a complete mess. I booked a room but had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. When I called the front desk, they assured me that a refund would not be an issue. Following their advice, I contacted the booking platform, but it turned out that a different department handles such matters, and the front desk failed to coordinate with them. This ultimately resulted in my cancellation request not being processed in time. I tried reaching out to the hotel multiple times, and although they promised to call me back, they never did.

The property is dated. Air conditioning does not work properly. Get it together Crowne Plaza. Stephen was helpful and accommodating. But I definitely would not stay here during the hotter months. Cigarette burns on the toilet seat and desks. Once again, property is dated and air conditioning does not work properly. Rooms need an all over facelift and upgrade. If you have to stay here, look for Stephen

This hotel is hands down the best hotel in shaoxing. The location is in the heart of the city and the decor is beautiful. The view was breathtaking and the amenities were awesome. The service was impeccable and couldn’t ask for a more pleasant stay.

매우 훌륭해요 The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Club level staff were also very pleasant. What i was not too happy with was the selection of the food on the Club level in the evening, it would be very helpful is they would tell you the names of the dishes.
