The standard room shower access is narrow making it hard to get in unless it’s a child. Other than that everything is fine and the staff are professional, polite and helpful. The manager of the restaurant was wonderful in her attentiveness and care for the customers.

There is no AC on units. The bed was very uncomfortable, TV only 4 channels. Will not go back

Really enjoyed the hotel experience.

I stayed for one night with my family. The rooms were basic and offered no standout features. Check-in at reception was quick and efficient, which we appreciated. However, we did encounter a few issues during our stay. The soundproofing was minimal—you could hear footsteps, conversations, and general noise from neighboring rooms throughout the night. Unfortunately, the most concerning incident was in my sister-in-law’s room, where she found a cockroach inside the bed sheets while she was sleeping. This was a last-minute trip during a busy weekend, and most hotels in Guanajuato were fully booked. While the stay served its purpose, we were unable to get a good night's rest.
