The staff is very friendly and she was able to communicate with English. The only reason I give 4 stars was the bedsheets, towers, and curtains were too old.

The staff were awesome. I would recommend this hotel. Very central for shopping, food.Expedia was great. Everything I booked was ready. The only downfall was flying with AirAsia. Every flight was late leaving by hours which made me close to missing my adjoining flight's

My flight was delayed two days and the hotel reached out to ask if I was okay since I’d not showed up. I explained that my flight was delayed. They moved my reservation to when I would be getting into Chiang Mai. They didnt have to do that so I was very grateful!

Stayed there for a night. Hotel advertised airport transfer, but it was not free. Room was spacious, almost condo like with separate living room and bedroom. Bedroom was okay, but dresser was big and creepy looking. Breakfast was okay, but limited food choices. Overall, okay stay and close to local night market. Probably wouldn't stay there again.

It Showed A Bathtub Never Got A Bathtub No Bellhop Not Handicap Appropriate My Wife Has Bad Knees Had To Walk Flights Of Stairs No Room Service/Restaurant Was Closed At 9P.M.

The location of the hotel is great since it is very close to the airport, the mall (like 3 minutes walk) and seven eleven. It's a huge mall. It's also not that far from Chiang Mai Night Safari. For the hotel room, it's good for what it costs. The breakfast doesn't have that many options for a buffet but still worth for it's price overall, by being in a good location.

Very comfy for a layover. Arrived late, left early next morning. They organised a taxi to airport, got complimentary breakfast, and helped get my heavy bag up to my room

Book this hotel because of early flight. Hotel is with walking distance to Central Plaza Shopping Center, but still need a taxi to airport. Room is not clean and I saw insects in bathroom. I would not recommend to move to this hotel or any airport hotel as Chiangmai airport is quiet close to city center.

Great location close to mall and airport. Big rooms, hot water, good TV and air.

This is an old property that is well cared for. We needed a quick overnight stay near the airport and this worked perfectly! We needed to store luggage for 4 Days and the staff was extremely accommodating.
