We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights from the time we checked in till we left it was brilliant the staff cleaning amenities were excellent
Especially Usman on our floor was amazing he did his best to make sure our stay comfortable
The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect for all

The location of the hotel is Excellent. The rooms and hotel is very outdated. I don't how this is being passed through as a 4 star hotel, unbelievable.
The supervisor at the hotel reception is so rude and impolite he clearly needs to be trained again to do his job. A real attitude problem.
The other staff at the hotel were good. It just clearly goes to show that one member of the team can drag the reputauion of the business to 0 stars.

Breakfast area wasn’t large enough seemed understaffed. Manager or Supervisor seemed unapproachable and didn’t open up the door on time. Maybe add some different meat to buffet it was the same every day. 4 stars
