We had a fabulous stay at the Can Alomar, a lovely boutique hotel located right in the heart of Palma. All the staff were very warm, friendly and professional, and I can truly say that we have never received service like we have here. Daniel, in particular, was very helpful with recommendations of where to go and what to see and even made all our dinner reservations for us (all were excellent). We ate in the hotel restaurant one night, the De Tokyo a Lima, the food was delicious and the service first class. Our room was very comfortable and clean, and we also enjoyed being able to take a dip in the roof top pool. Everything exceeded our expectations!

An amazing hotel and phenomenal service provided by Patricia and her team. We’ve never been better looked after and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel. It’s truly the best experience we’ve had on our travels.

Wonderful boutique hotel. Every single member of staff was delightful. So friendly and helpful. Our suite was fabulous, housekeeping was great. We enjoyed breakfast on the restaurant terrace each morning.

Excellent all round. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Restaurant, bar and terrace were great.

Excellent staff, very clean and well appointed hotel in a great central location. One member of staff you stood out was Daniel, he was very friendly, helpful and provided plenty of information on the hotel facilities as well as the local area in Palma. He also gave us excellent recommendations for Tapas bars and restaurants. All the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable and comfortable.

Amazing room and staff

Very attentive staff who helped at every request.

Our room was very comfortable with the sitting area and terrace. After a long flight from the US, we were looking for extra room to move around. The options for breakfast in the hotel was good — and the staff made me an excellent Americana coffee — that was very appreciated.

Amazing stay, perfect location for city life and getting around. Incredible service, coming back next time I visit.

A wonderful hotel right in the middle of old town. The staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. They make you feel welcome from when you book to the time you head to leave the hotel. We will definitely stay here next time we visit. The only things I would have liked is a gym.
