Location was great! Clean, comfortable, would book again-

This was our second stay at The Hotel Embassy, we were not disappointed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff friendly and welcoming. A good choice for breakfast plus being within walking distance of major attractions. We look forward to going back again. We would highly recommend this lovely hotel to others, it deserves 5* rating.

Walkable location from the train station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was not working enough. We were unable to get an additional pillow, and it was difficult to obtain extra toilet paper. There were also no tissues provided in the room. For a 4-star hotel, I was disappointed.

The staff were really helpful and we even got a room upgrade. Great location and walking distance to everything. It is right beside the train station but there are some people that hangout by the train station in the evening which may be intimating to travellers but they kept themselves to themselves. Would recommend it for a clean, basic stay in a central location

Hotel was nice and traditional. Clean and convenient for the city centre. Only hotel that we stayed in that had AC cool enough! One of the front desk staff was amazing. He gave us huge glasses of ice, advice on restaurants, lots of other tips and packed us some breakfast when we had to leave at 4:00am. Wish I knew his name … I hope this reaches the hotel and the front desk staff.

It was ok, not great not bad just ok.

Used the hotel for a visit to Florence. It is a short walk from the main railway station and the city centre is also walkable. If arriving to the city prior to advertised check-in or leaving after check out they do hold luggage so allow the visitor to explore the city unburdened. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The lift is small but adequate, though you may need to wait. The breakfast, which is held in the basement was a typical self-serve style with some items available for order. Absolutely no complaints and I'd be more than happy to use again. Happy to recommend to anyone visiting Florence, though probably not ideal for anyone wanting an accessible hotel - I wouldn't describe it as wheelchair friendly.

I don't have too much to complain about my stay at the hotel room but i do give it a 3 out of five stars and the only thing about the area is that it felt sketchy when walking out the hotel there was human feces on the curb and group of Men hanging around the area doing nothing all day they seem very ngative and unproductive individuals made us feel unsafe.

Hotel Embassy was a HUGE disappointment. It is no four star hotel. Overpriced, VERY uncomfortable mattress, the shower changed from freezing to scalding, small shower, no bathroom amenities beyond soap and shampoo, air conditioner was stuck on freezing and the blanket was a thick sheet! A small, depressing room and a bathroom to match. Every hotel on our trip to Italy was phenomenal except for this one.

Area is nice and quiet even tho is a few meters away from the station .
