Cozy and pleasurable stay, small space but got everything needed, the staff and the owner is amazing.

Hotel just as described! Clean room, good location, helpful staff! Breakfast could have better variety however would recommend this hotel!

I love this place. I always stay here when I am in Chiang Mai. It’s is a great location. Right next to many great restaurants and shopping areas. It has a pleasing esthetic and the staff is very helpful. A yummy breakfast is included in your stay and the WiFi worked well. I will be back again in the future.

Would recommend you just rock up and ask for a room rather than booking as the price was about $27 AUD different. We booked for one night for $67 then extended and paid about $40 for the second night. I guess thats the risk you run for not having a confirmation though.

We had a perfect stay at Thapae Happy House great location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Important to note there is no elevator if you are unable to carry your luggage up the stairs request a room on the second floor.

The room is cosy but it is a little too small. The aircon is cool, water heater is warm enough and the staff are friendly. Breakfast was decent as well. The only bad thing I can find is that there is no elevator and there are no slippers in the room. Overall, it’s a good stay.

The location of this hotel is great. It's very close to a ton of places to eat and drink but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms are really well designed in a classic way, but with a little modern touch. The only drawback is that there is no elevator to this place so it's not recommended for the handicapped.
