Staff super friendly. 11th floor suites ver nice. Facing night market. Hotel food prices typical but still below US. Night market food very good value as well as food court in the mall. Pool and spa awesome. Would stay here again !

Property and room clean. Main complaint was WiFi was spotty and did not work well. We were at the end of the hallway and we believe that we were too far away from the router. Numerous complaints still didn’t fix the issue.

Lack of iron in room means that you have to pay for the pressing service! This isn’t always convenient and it adds unnecessary cost to your stay. Very large room- Royal suite with plenty of free drinking water. Furniture is a bit outdated and corridors and public areas don’t have AC. The staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient. Would be happy to stay again.

As a frequent visitor to Thailand you would think I would always remember how hard the mattresses were, mmm forgot again, so visited mattress city and bought a good thick topper, luckily my family here can use it, the hotel is great, has all the things you want near by, but they only put out proper milk when the USA or Aussies are in town, not to keen on soya milk, breakfast is good but be aware that the hotel gets busy, lots of conventions so get in early

The room was at finest, no stains or cob webs to be seen, the staff are beautiful people with out standing personalities, the mall is joined with the hotel so you dont have to travel out of the compound. I highly recommend to those who want a 5 star service.

It's an older hotel, and that usually means the hot water takes a long time. The other issue was the elevators, which were unusually slow. Other than, everything was great.

I went to the spa everyday. I met Jip there and she would massage my feet. I broke my ankle Years ago and she is the first person who has ever made my ankle feel good. Thanks Jip. I will Come back and see you again

Outstanding breakfast with huge selection of dishes.

The property was great, the staff was great, the room was clean and modern, free breakfast and close to shopping.
