Beautiful suite for the four of us. Two toilets were a great bonus. Spacious rooms. Door did not have additional safety lock and cleaning lady walked in before I could check who was at the door. No peep hole to see out of the door either.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to all the attractions and public transportation.The room was spacious, clean, and bright. Big windows that would let air and sun in. Complimentary coffee and water was really thoughtful. Water pressure and heat in the shower were great. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place. It was wonderful! The only thing was right in front of the hotel there were young people listening to loud music and being very loud themselves, but they would leave after midnight, so it didn't affect our sleep.

Hotel was clean and convenient location. Slightly set off the main streets and probably more basic than I’d expected given the star rating. We did receive an upgrade to a duplex suite which was very spacious although very tight staircase so taking luggage up/down challenging! Didn’t use pool but looked reasonable size and clean. Free drink on arrival. Very friendly and helpful staff. Fine for one night but would probably stay somewhere else if longer.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The shower was hot and strong. We enjoyed the sauna and pool, and we spent time relaxing in the lobby. Carlos was especially kind, helpful, and a joy to talk to. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Brussels.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The construction noise at the front of the building was quite disruptive in the morning, I would suggest requesting a room at the back for future guests. More concerning, however, was the check out process. I was told I had already eaten breakfast, apparently because someone else with my room number had gone in. It was very unpleasant to feel accused of lying when I hadn't even left my room. Better verification at the restaurant is definitely needed.

We are a family of 4. We had interconnecting rooms which were really spacious. The pool was a great bonus. Fantastic location.

The hotel is situated in a cut de sac, so no traffic noise, and around the corner from the Sablon, one of my favourite areas of the city. There is a car park very close. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. I didn't use the pool or sauna, but they are obviously a plus.

Will stay there again. Centray located and a short walk from many places
