hotel in the process of building new accomodation, however the current accomodation is poor. very old run down, very noisy you wont sleep until closing time. got to climb up and down a lot of stairs,little onsite parking.

We could hear so much noise from our room until 2am. People downstairs drinking were shouting all night and rooms windows were broken we couldnt sleep all night. It was a terrible experience. No microwave, no cutleries, sofa was dirty.

Great stay, nice clean room would come back

Bar was fully stocked, Rooms very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful to all of the guests including me, everything was at good walking distance and lots of coffee shops and restaurants, but the only problem was not enough parking and very hard to find where to go needs to be assigned to fix this issue

Staff were excellent, i found the bed was to firm for my back ,apart from that we loved the area

Great parking under cover around the back of the hotel .felt secure for my bike . Great value rooms with ensuite and great bistro meals in the pub. It's got everything you need on hand .I will definitely stay here again.

Very courteous check-in

Location perfect for access to our event at the Blue Mountains Theatre - easy walk, five minutes. Coffee shops, restaurants, pubs and assorted specialty shops nearby. Train station across the road. Good food and live music downstairs in the pub.

Room was tired, floor not vacuumed, shower mouldy, no air conditioning, extremely hot and stuffy, fly screen on window damaged, wasp nest on outside of window so couldn't have it opened fully. Fridge dirty and freezer iced up.
