Very old and outdated. If you want to borrow an iron, they charge 100 pesos. Can’t turn on the faucet for hot water. We tried to check out before 8am and the person on duty was sleeping in sofa in the waiting area.

very good clean room, customer service need to improve

You get what you pay for. This hotel was clean but older, out dated. Water pressure in the shower was almost zero. Asked for change for 1000 Pesos and they didn't have it? Same as the breakfast area.

It is decent for its hotel category. Parking is easy, and the location is convenient for everything: transportation, dining, and shopping. The staff is friendly, and the property is clean overall, though it could use a little TLC. The age is starting to show in the furniture and fixtures. Will I stay again.. yes.

Good stay

Comfortable bed, air conditioner worked very good and a quiet environment. The internet was not as good as it has been in the past. While the lobby and restaurant area is well-maintained, the rooms have become a little worn. They need to be painted, the sink fixtures were not in complete form. The rooms were clean, and the maid service was impeccable. Great staff who is always friendly and attentive.

Room was okay. Looking kind of old. Not the room we requested but it was a late reservation so it was understandable. Staff was nice.
