Good value for money.

Front desk staff are professional, friendly and efficient. Excellent marks to John and Kimberly. They make the registration process so easy and comfortable. The stain glass, the mahogany woodwork gives this hotel a uniqueness. A bit like hotel del Coronado. I do like this hotel however, it lacks its own pool and a fitness facility.

I so like this place. Our room is clean, big and bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly.

Beautiful property, walking distance to Fremont and an amazing, old Las Vegas vibe.

The room was comfortable and the staff was great. Wear earplugs because it’s right by the freeway. That will help you sleep.

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was a little disappointing. They stopped cleaning our room after the first few days. There was also leftover food left in the fridge when we arrived. But the place was clean and when they cleaned it was done well.

The one thing that we found out when we went to the buffet was that is was only open on Friday- Sunday! 😩

Great location, helpful and responsive staff, easy and convenient parking, great room. Note that there is no coffee maker in the room and one is not available. The nearest coffee is at the casino bar - $3 for a small cup when we were there. Also, there is a pool but it is not in the hotel - it is in a neighboring hotel. You have to walk through 2 casinos, across a bridge and find a specific elevator that goes to the top of the (other) hotel. We were looking forward to using it but this was way too much. If you don’t need a regular java fix and do not plan to use the pool, it is near perfect.
