I loved the lady that took care of the place was very helpful, and friendly. We got a lot of suggestions from her about where to go and where to eat, she also kept sparkling clean. The only negative was the the room was too simple and expensive.

Breakfast was excellent and what a lovely host.

The staff were great in the morning! Parking in the street was easy and free.

Room was clean, great position to the center. Awesome and kind lady during breakfast! 😇

It was all great, the service, breakfasts, and that lovely, helpful lady. I loved it, everything was perfect except for no elevator.

Good location walkable distance to the main square. Clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. The host is super accommodating and communicative.

This property was exceptionally clean. The only thing we are complaining about is that the window to the street doesn’t close completely so we can hear the noise from the street. It was quiet at night because there was not cars driving, otherwise there was noise. One of the greatest things we loved was the breakfast. There are no places in Florence that give breakfast for free like Mia’s place. And breakfast was amazing. Nadia is a wonderful hosts. Everything is within walking distance (10 minutes from Santa Maria Novella Train Station). We always felt safe even at night.
