conveniently placed for shops and transport.

Had a great stay at the hotel. The only issues were when calling Grab. It will be a long wait because of the traffic jam. Highly suggest to use the train service whenever applicable as often as possible to save time. For the room, it is well maintained although looked slightly old. Regardless, it is still a great experience. The staffs are really friendly and patience. I just want to thank the hotel manager, Mr. Farizan and his team for helping me out with my misplaced phone charger earlier on and deliver it to me safely via shipping.

Front office staff not helpful but its a convenient location

Staff so friendly. I love the view cause i got free upgraded room. Tqqqq

On my first night checking in, I found my dirty room with stained bedsheets. I quickly asked for a room change but they didn’t let me, and instead passed me some new bedsheets (and had me change them by myself). The next day, I asked for refund for one night, and they said they couldn’t, and gave me another room instead. And that night, instead of dirty bedsheets, I found a small cockroach in the room. I don’t know if this is consider “normal” in Malaysia but I was a little disappointed.

Hotel is old. Very very noisy throughout the night. Towel is old and on 2nd day they give a very old towel

Property should upgrade

Second time I’ve stayed here in as many months not impressed with the room this time no window room seems grubby.

Good stay here no issues or problems, good staff and helpful

Photos were misleading. Rooms very small. Had pillar in middle of room making it inconvenient to move around. AC didn't work well. Poorly maintained. Very dirty. Neighborhood not the nicest.
