The room was nice and clean and the pool was fantastic. In addition, the staff was helpful and nice. As for the breakfast, the food you order was well prepared; however, the rice soup was cold and the coffee was not hot. Other than that, our stay was great and we would recommend this location.

This hotel is not at all as advertised. There is no spa, massages, etc available on the property at all. There is no hot tub and the pool is cold. There was no one at the bar at any time, and no menus for the “restaurant.” Bugs were pretty bad as well. There was no hand soap in the bathrooms and ceiling of bathroom was patchy/see through in parts. There is nothing at all to do in the area, closest things are over 40 minutes away. The shuttles they offer are upcharged at random with no explanation, but it is the only option for transportation once you are there if you did not drive yourself there.

Overall it is excellent. Only problem is all staff I met cannot converse in English. Fortunately still can use Google translate

Checkin was quick and trouble free. It is however a solid 2-3 star place no matter what the photos look like. Room windows don’t close properly, power in first room wouldn’t come on, second room had a mouldy smell to it and could see the source of the smell on the walls. Bathroom not clean, products seemed refilled with water. If it was $60-80 and in this area then ok, but it was $120 so I’d expect not to see droppings in the bathroom and soap scum + other things around the shower. Room was also quite bright at night, curtains are not solid. Communal facilities were nice and garden well maintained. Is beautiful surroundings but the room itself let it down.

The property is nice. But no english speaking staff. also that was no problem as the staff was very friendly and they use google translation to communicate. major issue is that next to the hotel is a public loudspeaker and at 7 am they play 1 loud song followed by 15 minutes thai talk. very very loud.

Our stay was okay, but check in was disappointed. One of the staff showed us the room and informed us the price and everything was fine for three people for the room. After we checked in, the staff told us that we need to pay another 450 bath for the third person. After further discussion with the management, they agreed to not to charge extra.

Great location and very relaxing. Staff are wonderful - very helpful and friendly but a little under staffed so service a little lacking at times. Doesn't quite live up to 'well being' label it promotes in terms of food and spa facilities but they are trying hard.

At this price you better provide toothbrush and small things in bathroom for free , the rest is great

A luxurious, non-touristy destination! The town is quiet with mostly locals so you wouldn’t expect such a nice hotel. It has amazing views and an awesome pool! There’s a free breakfast in the morning with a buffet if there’s enough guests. They have a full kitchen and dinner menu. We didn’t even have to leave the hotel for yummy food! The room/cabin was very private and relaxing. We caught one staff member on his first day and he was very friendly and helpful. Overall a great getaway from the city!
