Everyone is so nice and kind and the breakfast is delicious I really appreciate all the help

My room was well kept but had no microwave, no refrigerator, no table in my room and no cups of any kind. The included breakfast was adequate. It's in a decent location but I would not consider it a three-star hotel lacking those amenities.

No hot water initially but was addressed on second day. Any changes to dry breakfast menu will result in extra cost

We like the are us pretty close to the mommy museum the center the Callejón del beso etc. what we don’t like is the towels of the hotel are so hard the beds mattres are hard. Also if you bring kids pls keep the away from the glass in the vanity from the room the not safe my son accidentally broke. And if you do they will charge 500$ on your card and 100$ cash.
