Nice place, clean room, close to shops

I was only there for one night but appreciated the good sized room and bathroom.

Excellent staff, really understand the guests’ needs and try to help. Hospitality was much better than many big rated hotels. Thank you for the beautiful stay.

Surprisingly big room for the price, good room facility. Love the location that is nearby LRT station.

Our airplane had a mechanical failure which resulted in us arriving a day late. I emailed the property more than 24 hours prior to our scheduled arrival and they acknowledged receipt. Expedia said they contacted the property and the property refused to give us a refund for that missed day. We paid for an entire night that we did not spend at this hotel and the reason the hotel refused to refund the money was because of "policy." The hotel property was full of trash and the pool drained, the hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade or remodel, everything looks right out of the 1970s. As is usual in Thailand, the staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly and attentive to our every need and request.

There is no usable pool! :( a group of us booked this hotel on the fact it had parking and a pool. At check in I asked what level the pool is on, the lady said 8th floor. We searched the whole of the hotel and couldn’t find a pool. Went back to reception, a guy led us out the back and to a dark, unlit, dirty ‘pond’, and then walked off. This was the pool. It hasn’t been cleaned for a year- no filters or pumps running, even think there was fish in there. We went to complain and they just replied ‘covid’. This ruined our plans, hotels.com were contacted and didn’t seem to care. The room was good, clean, comfortable and of a good size. But, we booked it on having a pool, very annoyed at this :(

Very tired looking hotel. In need of a good lick of paint. As for the Fitness area, forget it.

Really nice family run hotel close to BTS. Room was clean and spacious. Very friendly
