Location of the property is good for public transport as the express bus terminal is very near and the intercity Bus terminal is next door. The area right around the hotel isn't very nice. Some grubby restaurants but not much else. You'll have to walk 10 to 15 minutes to get to the area with nice restaurants.

훌륭해요 I stayed for two nights, and the room was very clean. The breakfast menu was especially delicious. It was a hotel I would definitely stay at again, and I highly recommend it.

The first hotel with working air con during our whole China and South Korea trip. Hotel sites say they have it but they don’t tell you it’s not used during low season, even if it’s 28 degrees outside .
Lovely helpful front desk, they do stick to 4pm check in, so be aware, but the rooms are clean and the beds comfy. Fresh water daily, no sugar so take your own along with coffee bags if you need coffee in your room. Great uber taxis, cheap and reliable.

Great stay at the Rivertain which is conveniently placed near many of the tourist attractions like the tomb complexes. Its also right next to the intercity bus terminal with the bus stop for rides around Gyeongju just 5mins away. The hotel itself is nice and clean, the room is spacious
Water drainage in the shower was a little slow but otherwise everything was perfectly fine
Staff are lovely
Would recommend staying here

Breakfast had limited options. Staff was welcoming except for the kitchen staff, they took the food back to eat before the end time.
Bathroom could be better shielded as the floor is very wet after shower

Perfectly located and within walking distance to all of the sites to see in Gyongju. My wife loved the pork bulgogi that was on the buffet breakfast menu.
