그저 그래요가족 숙박객 · 레저 여행
I’m surprised Expedia has this on their website. The hotel constantly smelled of rotten eggs or raw sewage. There was brown spots on the wall couldn’t tell if it was blood… fecal matter or who knows. The bathroom did not have a shower curtain nor door so the outside was always wet.
Would not stay here again if you paid me.

We had a wonderful experience at the Livemax in Ayase! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and courteous. I had a chance to speak in English and practice Japanese! What an awesome experience! This hotel is close to shopping and close to the train station.

Service was outstanding. The hotel needs updates. There are stains on the furniture and carpet. Lifts reek of smoke. Hotel entrance is dark. Duvet and bed covers appear to have not been washed.
