Excellent location but trade of was how noisy it is at night with bar/restaurant across narrow street open until late with music etc. Bring ear plugs but otherwise very nice.

とても広くて使いやすいお部屋でした！
シャワーがなんといっても素晴らしい！
しかし扉を閉めてもシャワーの水が下から出てしまいバスマットがビシャビシャになったのだけが、部屋の中での残念ポイントでした。
建物にはエレベーターがあるのですが、半階ほど階段です。
行きも帰らも荷物を上げ下ろしするのを手伝っていただけました。
スタッフの方々がみんな親切でした。
立地もヴェッキオ宮殿のすぐ側で、途中で休憩できるのも最高です！
すごく近くに地元で人気のレストランがあり私はオープン前に並んでいたので、入れたしたが、お店を出る際には、行列が凄かったけどです。

매우 훌륭해요 Hotel is at the city center, walking distance to most attractions. We could even come back to the room between activities for a short rest. All the staff were courteous and willing to help with whatever need we had. There were only my wife and I in the party, but we rented the family suite since only that one was available for the dates versus standard room. We really liked the extra space it provided. We would stay again in this hotel if we revisit Florence.

This property was in a perfect location! Everything seemed to be 10-15 min walkable to everything. The staff was very friendly as well. They had a parking garage a few blocks away that we were able to park at for a daily fee.
