The first room they gave me had a very small bed in it even though I booked a Double. They were more than happy to give me a different room with a much larger bed and the room was absolutely lovely. Spacious too and in a very good location. It only took 10 minutes to walk to the souq. I would recommend this hotel.

I can hear clearly the room beside me.
Club sound is too loud.
Too much noise comming from i dont know where.
Other than that, the room is nice but the bed mattres is hard

This is the (worst) hotel I ever booked in my life. How is this a 4 stars hotel? It is maximum 2 stars! It is very old and not clean.
The room:
The bathroom is awful, the elevators are small, slow, and one not working!
The lobby is very old and smells bad!
The reception don’t know the rules and asking his colleague before any step in the check in.
For the check out, it took them more than 10 minutes to finish the process!! Wow!
And the location is not the best, there are many other options better after I visited the city.
It is an avoid for me, I prefer sleeping in the car instead of booking this place again. Really disappointed.

They said the was a jacuzzi but when you arrive the jacuzzi has been out of service for months, besides the pool is disgusting filled with bird poop and when we asked it to be cleaned he put the dirt back in the pool we almost threw up, the gym looks like a morgue and the hotel looks like a ghost house, there are much better hotels nearby
