Fair for the price. For a little more you can get better. Small room. Clean. Confortable. Very small bathroom. Nothing special. Very good service and staff

The location is great.
The room is clean.
The fan, air conditioner, water heater are working properly.
The staff is friendly and helpful (for taking care of our early breakfast and also keep our luggages after check out).
I recommend it for short or long stay in Yogyakarta.

Wasn't that great. There are a couple of bars and eateries around there. So food and alcohol is not a problem.

Really nice and relaxing place situated next to the restaurant/bar area. Really lovely and quiet, we ended up staying 7 nights instead of 3!

This is a new, very neat hotel. The location is amazing just at the corner of a touristic street with a lot of nice restaurants and pubs.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast at the open corridor is amazing.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, they ask what time you want it the night before, then serve a huge delicious breakfast right outside your room. There is unlimited free water coffee and tea. The rooms are new and clean. The ac and wifi worked well. The bathroom was small but it was clean and had good hot water and water pressure.
