A very traditional Japanese onsen inn. The staff are very professional to introduce all the facilities in the hotel and to prepare dinner and breakfast for us. The staff are very polite and nice. Although the hotel is a little bit far away from the JR station with slopes going up and down, the experience here was great!

Excellent ryokan! many private onsen rooms available, meals included as well. Will come back again!

Lovely accommodation. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming, the room was spacious and the half board food was mostly fantastic. We opted for a private room so we had our own onsen. This was our first and only onsen experience so I can't really make any comparisons but it was seriously fantastic. Nice and hot, very private and clean. Loved it. Location was a bit of a trek from the train station but worth it - the walk is enjoyable and you can easily cut through along the river once you're checked in to reach the main strip of the town a bit quicker which is also a great walk.

Absolutely lovely ryokan, great service and the in room onsen was a dream. Highly recommend.

Authentic ryokan to enjoy a spot of hot spring relaxation! The breakfast was delicious too and not too heavy in the morning.

The atmosphere and service was fantastic, and the property was located in a quiet part of Yufuin, which added to the peace and tranquility of the place.
