Emplacement exceptionnel!! Proche de tous les sites à voir … merveilleusement placé. La chambre est spacieuse, propre et confortable. Bien insonorisé ! L'accueil est très courtois et bienveillant. Personnel efficace et sympathique… petit déjeuner très bon et la dame blonde qui dirige le petit déjeuner est d’une efficacité redoutables ! Tout est parfait pour un agréable séjour.

Very difficult to reach the rooms- it’s in a residential building, 3rd floor. No one is there to help with luggage which needed to be dragged over several steps then an old elevator. The room was clean. Amenities very basic. Overall not a bad option if you don’t have heavy luggage.

The room was very spacious, updated and clean. Located in a very convenient location - walk to La Spezia station is less than 5 minutes. Our towel warmer wasn't working for us but other than that, no complaints. Would stay here again for sure.

The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, with plenty of space for two adults. It was clean and well-equipped, with a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a coffee table, and two chairs. Although it was cold outside, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide and varied selection, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The location is excellent very close to the train station, where you can easily catch trains to the Cinque Terre, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor, and within easy reach of many bars and restaurants for dinner. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Overall, the experience was very good.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spotless and tastefully furnished, and the staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. The hotel has a really stylish boutique atmosphere that we absolutely loved. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of fresh options. Its location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station, the historic center and the Harbor. If you are arriving by car, I recommend reserving parking in advance as they offer a private secure garage right next to the hotel, which made our arrival very smooth. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The location is ideal, and the room is very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was also very quiet, which allowed us to rest very well. We particularly appreciated the proximity to the train station: it is only a two-minute walk away, which is perfect for visiting the five villages of the Cinque Terre. The parking is also extremely convenient, which is a real advantage in the area. Not to mention the staff, who were exceptional with us: always attentive, professional, and very helpful. The breakfast was excellent. An outstanding location for our needs.

The best accommodation we have ever stayed at! All the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly, making us feel at home from the very first moment. The breakfast was amazing, and the room was beautiful and very well taken care of. Honestly, there is nothing negative to say everything was perfect!

We had a truly wonderful stay. The location is ideal as a base for exploring the Cinque Terre: the train station is right next door, and the old town of La Spezia begins practically at the doorstep.
