The hotel room and amenities are good in general.

Very clean room and attentive staff. Breakfast (cost additional) was excellent and s great value. In unit washer was very handy!

Central located and very clean hotel

I had an amazing stay at Fraser Residence Menteng. The rooms are amazing with everything you need. Beautiful modern kitchen and bathroom with a washer/dryer. The staff were adorable, very helpful and kind during my whole stay. Ideal for short and long term stay. It feels like being at home. I highly recommend.

The staff were friendly. Room is spacious and clean. Don't have much amenities nearby though. Family Mart and KFC abt 100m away then that's all.

Amazing hotel very clean and comfortable, the bed is soooooo comphy, best sleep. It has a washing machine too which is great. The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast buffet, the hot food was all cold, I got there at 7am and it was stone cold, the hotel trans studio in bandung does a breakfast buffet way better than this hotel, if they were smart they would send their staff to bandung to observe what their buffet is like and copy it. would still come back though as super comphy hotel.

Everything is terrible!

Malls, big things within jakarta were not incredibly close and getting from airport was a long ride. Otherwise room was beautiful, even had small kitchen to re heat or make things as well as laundry which was very effective. I know its a part of the culture but there's no warning about the prayers that are played at random hours for tourists which woke me up many times.

Large room, well appointed, A/C ok, staff helpful. OK location, walking in Jakarta is difficult poor sidewalks no crossing.

Strategical Location. We had dinner in the bistro, and one of the dishes we ordered, the Salmon steak, was not fully cooked. The staff member was quick to acknowledge the issue, though — room for improvement.
